Jesper joined Ikano Fund Management S.A. in 1998 and was a key player in the development of Ikano Funds. His main responsibilities were manager selection and portfolio construction, he has been appointed Managing Director as of March 2007. Jesper has previously worked in the Danish stock broking business for 17 years; beginning his career as an equity analyst he advanced to Head of Equities and later Managing Director of Den Københavnske Børs A/S.
Jesper holds a B.Sc. (Econ.) from the Copenhagen Business School.

Aurelien Dunet joined IFM in July 2008 as Head of Operations and was appointed Director & COO since March 2010. He is also the Conducting Officer for the Management Company and Member of the Board of Ikano Funds. He holds a Master of Science in Management (MSc) and is currently studying for an Executive MBA with Kellogg School of Management & WHU - Otto Beisheim, School of Management. Before joining IFM, Aurelien was Vice-President at Citibank Luxembourg  where he had worked for 9 years and held positions in Treasury, Sales & Marketing, Account and Client Management.
