All Seasons Fund Allocation

With the All Seasons Fund, Ikano has developed in the last 3 years a concept where you can delegate the entire investment process; this concept is to take advantage of financial markets inefficiencies and trends.

The strategy is to invest in specific areas because these areas are very much undervalued, and sooner or later the market will recognize the true value and price these normal again. For some areas the process may be fast, for others it may take some more time. In none of these, however, we are invested for the reason that we expect them to grow in the future. That may be the case, but not our rationale to invest.
Thus, the Ikano approach is to invest in all available asset classes where we see upward investment opportunities. We will typically invest a 5% portion of the portfolio in a single idea. The reason is that 5% is small enough to spread the risk over various investment ideas but also significant enough to make an impact on the performance.

Investors need to bear in mind that their investment will be with an investment horizon of minimum 5 years and medium risk willingness.
